4. Sample Collection and Testing

Certain tests may require a valid prescription or order from a licensed healthcare provider. We reserve the right to verify orders and refuse testing that does not comply with applicable regulations.

Test results will be delivered according to our standard turnaround times, which may vary by test type. While we strive to meet stated timelines, delays may occur due to technical factors, sample quality, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Fees for our Services are as listed in our current price list or as quoted at the time of service. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect services already ordered.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed
• We accept payment by cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods
• For institutional clients, payment terms are as per the executed agreement

5.3 Refunds

Refunds may be issued for cancelled tests (if sample not yet processed), duplicate payments, or service failures attributable to us. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment.
