Molecular Diagnostics (PCR/NGS)
PCR-based mutation analysis, gene rearrangements, NGS panels for solid tumors and hematological malignancies — precision at the molecular level.
For Doctors
Clinical Overview
Our molecular diagnostics department supports targeted therapy decisions with PCR-based and NGS-based testing. We cover key hematological markers (BCR-ABL, FLT3, NPM1, JAK2) and solid tumor panels (EGFR, KRAS, BRAF, ALK). All molecular results are integrated with morphology and immunophenotyping for comprehensive reporting.
Key Test Panels
- BCR-ABL (Qualitative & Quantitative)
- JAK2/CALR/MPL Mutations
- Solid Tumor NGS Panel
Specimen Requirements
- EDTA blood or bone marrow
- FFPE tissue blocks
- Fresh tissue in RNA-later
Routine TAT

For Patients
What This Detects
Molecular tests look at the DNA and genetic changes in cancer cells. These results help your oncologist choose targeted therapies that work specifically against your type of cancer, often with fewer side effects than traditional chemotherapy.
What to Expect
- 1Your doctor will order the specific tests needed
- 2We collect or receive your sample
- 3Expert pathologists analyze and interpret results
- 4Your report is sent to your doctor within the stated TAT
- 5Your doctor will explain the results and next steps
